TN Visa

The TN nonimmigrant classification is for Mexican and Canadian citizens seeking temporary entry into the United States to engage in the practice certain professional occupations and have a job offer from a U.S. employer. TN nonimmigrants will be allowed a maximum initial stay of three years. For additional time, TN nonimmigrants must reapply for classification.
